For standard catalog items, the lead time is 7–15 working days after order confirmation and deposit.

For custom projects, production takes the same 7–15 working days once specifications are finalized — the main difference is the additional time needed upfront for CAD drawing confirmation and sample approval, which we’ll define clearly in your project quotation. For first-time orders including sample approval, production, and ocean freight, total delivery time to your port is typically 30–90 working days.

We understand the importance of safe arrival. All products are professionally packed in export-worthy wooden crates or heavy-duty cartons with internal bracing to prevent transit damage.

We have extensive experience shipping globally via sea freight (FOB, CIF, DAP terms) and can arrange air freight for urgent needs. We provide full shipping documentation and support.
